Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG Power Upgrades

This CL 65 AMG received some additional power. The restrictive charcoal filters were removed to sharpen the throtle response, and the ECU was flashed with Renntech software. The car was also suffering from a failed intercooler pump which is common on the boosted Mercedes motors. We installed the Rhythm And Speed Mercedes intercooler pump upgrade kit which utilizes a factory AMG pump with a much higher flow rate and supply pressure than the one the car came with. This pump along with our custom harness functions flawlessly and will not fail like the older style of factory pumps that the car came equipped with did after a few thousand miles. This results in a dramatic dop in intake air temperatures. The end result usually yields about 700HP and 840 Lb-Ft of torque. Needless to say the customer was ecstatic after his test drive.
